RETURN & EXCHANGE

Making a return or an exchange is easy. You can return your product within 14 days, by mail or in the Barbara de Ru boutique in Amsterdam.

If you return your product by mail, just follow these steps:

- You must notify us about a return or exchange by e-mail or telephone within 14 days after delivery.

- Please mention your reason for return or exchange and the order number.

- The articles should then be sent back to us within 5 days in its original packaging and with the original invoice enclosed.

- You will be responsible to pay for the shipping costs. (We advise you to provide the return shipment with a tracking number).

- Returned articles must be in new, unused, and unworn condition with all the original packaging and garment tags still attached. Damaged articles or stains will not be accepted.

- In case of all accurately returned articles: these will be exchanged and sent back to you (free of charge) within 5 working days after delivery to us or these will be credited as a refund (including paid shipping costs) to your creditcard or bank account within 14 days (depending on the payment method you used).

- If you would like to exchange an order more than once you will be responsible for the additional shipping costs.

- Please note that we do not refund customs and import duties or sales taxes for shipments outside the European Union. However, you may be able to recover these by contacting your local customs bureau directly.

- Articles on sale can be returned or exchanged as well.

- Articles that were not purchased through this website cannot be returned or exchanged.
